    Hi,

    #1 yes, with the updated remarketing tracking you do not need the deprecated plugin option

    #2 yes, the first wil allow you to create audience lists based on where your users were on the site (using URL rules in Google Ads) the second will allow Google Ads to have data about what ecommerce interactions your users had in their sessions
