dynamic set the redis server

Hi – Long time user of w3 total cache. great stuff. I’ve got my site running in multiple data centers and would like to find a way to dynamically set the redis server based on a bit of php code. This php code would determine which data center the php server is running on and would return the closest redis replica. Is this possible out of the box?
