Dynamic sidebars

I’m customizing twintyten theme and the ultimate goal is to place the sidebar on different position for different audiences. I should show sidebar on left for one type of audience and right for another type of audience. I can easily classify the audiences but I’m not sure how can I place the sidebars dynamically. This is required for A/B test too.
