Dynamic Slide Shows Blank Image

I have a custom post type called members. There is a custom field called logos. Not all members have logos uploaded. Smart Slider is showing a blank image if a image is not uploaded. Is there any way to skip the member if there is no image? There are 300+ members how can I make sure its randomly picking from all members and not the same ones?
