Dynamic SubMenu

Hi,

I’m looking this for a moment, but i can’t find it.

I’m creating in my plugin, a dynamic sub_menu with php.
This works good.

My problem is, i must refresh my page to see my new sub_menu.
I’d like it to appears, as soon as it’s created.

Could you help me please ?
