Dynamic table forumlas from drop down list

Thank you so much for this plugin.

Looking to see if the below can be accomplished. Looking to build a calculated table where the source data is dynamic for the calculations. Thought maybe the extensions columnfilterwiget but not sure. I am looking for a user to select a state, then the table will populate with the tax calculations of that state and user income.

Thinking I need to set up my page as follows.
Table 1 single cell of user income
Table 2 user selects from a drop down column filter the state they are in, the rest of the table is hidden, but the table has the tax rates in them
Table 3 using the single cell formula extension I grab from table 1 the income, table 2 from the now filtered table the tax rates and out the formula in table to display tax calculations.

Is this possible with the table extensions? Not sure how to implement a drop down list with TablePress.
