    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    No, this is not really possible, simply due to the way how tables work in browser. The largest “piece of content” in a cell will always define the minimum width of its column, and the sum of those will then define the minimum width of the table.
    In your particular case, the solution should actually be to not use a table at all. For displaying images, it is usually better to use a grid layout (which is based on other HTML elements internally), which will give you a better behavior on small screens. A gallery plugin might be helpful for that.
