Dynamic “Thank You Page”

    I need an advice for the following scenario:

    Let’s say I have a page where I offer an Artwork (no Woocommerce installed). On that page is a CF7 Newsletter subscription form. After one subscribed on that page, he’s redirected to a Thank You Page where I can show similar Artworks.

    On another Page I offer, let’s say, shoes. On that page is the same Newsletter subscription form. After one subscribed on that page, he’s redirected to ANOTHER Thank You Page, where I can offer an upsell like shoe polish.

    My Question is: how can I redirect to different Thank you pages depending on the page they subscribed to without creating dozens of forms. Can I use the same form and it redirects to different pages with URL mapping?
