Dynamic titles showing in navigation

  • I have a site that uses dynamic titles, these are powered using /?kw=DYNAMIC KEYWORDS HERE

    These tittles are stored using sessions so that when the user navigates onto other pages, the dynamic titles stay the same.

    The problem I am having is that the dynamic title is showing up in my navigation and I can work out why?

    I never used to have any issues with them, but since I recently re-built the site to make it responsive I have had the navigation problem..

    I would be very grateful if someone could help me out, I have tried everything in my knowledge to fix it..
