Dynamic url + anchor

Hi there

I try Use the Dynamic Request Parameter on the wbesite in order to pré-fill the checkout on order page with the email.

I follow this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBLIWeSmz30&ab_channel=ElementorWebsiteBuilderforWordPress and this https://www.cantwaittillmonday.com/prefill-checkout-fields-cartflows/

It’s work but I’ve got a specific request : In fact on the page after the person has filled in their email for the e-book, we would like them to land in the email field through an anchor, and then below they got different offers, in which I set up the dynamic request.

But the main problem is when I redirect. E.g “https://anothertree.com/boutique/#anchor/moringa-infusion-rt/”, it cannot prefill and dynamic url doesn’t work on the order page. I will get “https://myurl/checkout/commande-moringa-duo/?email=” instead of https://myurl/checkout/commande-moringa-duo/?email=myemail%40gmail.com”

How can i solve that ?
