Dynamic Widgets Not Loading Fully….

I have a Web site with a main WordPress install and installs in sub-folders, although it is not a multi-site set up. Dynamic Widgets works fine in the sub-folder WordPress installs, but doesn’t load properly in the main WordPress install. Only about two-thirds of the plug-in screen loads. The save button among other things don’t appear. It can’t be a plugin conflict because the plugins are the same across the installs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
