Dynamically Elevate Blog Post By Vote or Rating?

  • Is there a plugin or way to make a post dynamically rise to to the top of my page based on votes, ratings, or even comments?

    I’m not talking about popular comments in widgets, I mean like on the home/blog page.

    Otherwise, the best example I can give is this site where you can sort by what’s hot, active, month, etc…
