Dynamically loading content within a page

    I would like to have a menu within a page that loads new content into a block/frame. I have been trying to do it with iframes, but it is turning into a mess. At this point, I am considering creating a new template to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone has any better suggestions. Is there an existing plug in that can help?
