Dynamically populate checkbox

Hello everybody!
I am using ”Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension” and this help me a lot. But, i want to dynamically populate the choices from an CF7 checkbox.

For example, this work great for me:

<p><label>From:</label>[dynamictext dynamictext-1 from uneditable “CF7_GET key=’from'”]</p>

But i want something like this:

[checkbox* your-options exclusive “CF7_GET key=’from'” “Option 2” “Option 3” ]

And instead of CF7_GET key=’from’, i want there to appear the text from the input wich id=’from’.

It is this possible, and how should i write the shortcode?
