Dynamically read contents of a folder

I would like to keep my users out of the backend, so I have enabled front-end uploading of files using the Media Library Folders Pro. However, my users will still need to access the backend to add these new photos to their MaxGalleria gallery, unless MaxGalleria will simply read the user’s assigned folder.

Can MaxGalleria create a gallery by dynamically reading the files in a folder?
