dynamictext as placeholder

    is it possible to pass the CF7_get_custom_field value to the placeholder?

  • I find it already does – however i’m also using the bootstrap for CF7 plug in as well so it may be affecting that for me.

    update:

    it actually does and no need for the bootstrap cf7 as suggested. this is how i use it

    [dynamictext new-desc size:50 “CF7_get_custom_field key=’desc'”]

    the problem is that, the value won’t clear away after hitting the ‘submit’ button, so the user keeps submitting/editing the form thinking that he’s suggestions/edits were not accepted cause he’s seeing the default values
