E-Card Doesn't Display

I have installed the plugin and added e-cards. They display as thumbnails on the main page, but when you click on them, it only shows the form and not the e-card.
Is there a specific setting or shortcode I need to use to get them to display?

Same problem I m also struggling, as @mercuryadmin said. Y won’t you response here. In that case you don’t have to solve 1 to 1 basis. I have sent a mail in your given address. please response as early as possible. otherwise i’ll have no option else uninstall the plugins.
