e card or greeting card (send image) plugin?

  • I was curious is there any sort of plugin in which you can have a script that sends an image with a comment like (like a ecard or greeting card style)?

    All I need is
    Image
    Place to send image
    Who image is from and a message.

    I found a e card plugin but it seems to no longer be working.

    Any help would be appreciated.
