E-Commerce and Delivery prices

  • My client runs a florist and is wanting to add an e-commerece section to her website. She would like to sell a total of 12 arrangements via the website using paypal.

    Firstly, can someone recommend a good (preferably free) e-commerece plugin. I have used jigoshop beofore, but feel it lacks some basic features in the free version. Are there any better options?

    Secondly, as it is only a small shop she can only offer delivery in her local area, and the delivery cost needs to change based on postcode.
    So for example, an order from the following postodes will be ￡5: AB1, AB2, AB3, AB4

    And orders from the remaining postcodes will be ￡10 delivery:
    AB5, AB6, AB7 etc…

    Any postocde which is not in the area (AB in this example) can not place an order.

    Is there anything out there already which will offer this capability?
