View All Web Site Data is configured for E-commerce, but no recent transaction data is being received. Your site may not be tagged for E-commerce.

Google Tag Assistant Recordings can help you determine if e-commerce data is being properly sent to Google Analytics.

    There is notification in GA

    Hi @rdsouza,

    Thanks for appreciating.

It’s Good to know that you are no longer getting error in the GA.

Just FYI, When you are logged in as a wp-admin and try to make a transaction (test one) in the same browser then our plugin does not push that transaction into GA. To capture the test transactions you make via any payment mode, please make them in a different browser or in incognito mode. And also sometimes it takes up to 4 hours of time for a transaction to reflect in GA.

Here We tried to debug the issue by making a test transaction but could not complete the transaction due to payment restrictions and the debugging part.

However, till the checkout page, our plugin is tracking the data correctly and the same is getting sent to GA. (Screenshot for your reference).

If there would have been an option of the bank transfer then we would have made a test transaction and would have completed the debugging part. We are happy to help you here but due to the forum policy, we cannot ask the information we need to complete the test transaction.

We hope you get the complete data in the GA. Always happy to help.

    Thank you for your reply.
    You misunderstood.
    1. There is an error in GA itself, please see https://prnt.sc/qyo8s7.
    2. I understand, always use incognito mode to test transaction but nothing is recorded. We also have many orders, they are not recorded as well. losing important data.
    3. I have switched on Bank Transfer so please check.
    4. We wanted to check the plugin before we buy it but the free one is not working. The data is not send to Ecommerce in GA

    Thank you.

This is a bug in the latest version. Try downloading 2.3.0 – it works fine.

@galapogos01 How can i get the older version ?

    Plugin Author Conversios

    (@tatvic)

    @galapogos01,

There is no bug in the plugin as far as this issue is concerned and we have also communicated here and explained why the tracking stopped working on your store.

    Hi @rdsouza,

We made a test transaction of ORDER number 3978 and found “unexpected end of input” (at the Home page) and “jQuery is not defined” (at other pages such as Product Page, Cart Page, Checkout Page, and Thankyou page) errors. Please resolve these errors as they block the load of our plugin’s tracking snippet.

Also, let us know which child theme is active in your store?

    Regards.

I do not understand those errors, any idea what is generating them?

The theme is Flatsome, child theme is same as well

    (@tatvic)

    Hi @rdsouza,

The child theme is compatible with our plugin.

We do not have much idea about how those errors are getting generated. You need to debug those errors as you have all the resources available at your end and resolve them.

Please let us know once you resolve them so that we could provide the support(if required) to make our plugin work on your website.

PS: Our plugin works perfectly fine on stores that follow standard WooCommerce integration.

    Hi @tatvic

Sorry, I could not get back sooner. I managed to resolve the issue myself.

There was no issue in regards to the plugin.

The issue was defer JS and Autooptimize. I looked closely in the console errors and realised it. I uninstalled WP Deferred JS plugin and opted out of JS in Autooptimize and console errors are gone and data can be seen in GA

I would suggest that may be you could add this to your troubleshooting questions check with people who log support ticket whether they use caching plugins or defer/minify JS ??

    Thank you.

    Hi @rdsouza,

We are glad that our plugin is working after the errors were identified and resolved.

And thanks for your suggestion, We have included this in our debugging check. ??

    Regards.
