E-commerce data not tracked

Taking a look at the site with the [Google Tag Assistant browser extension](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-4), I can see that everything looks correct.

If that isn’t working as expected, this sounds similar to another couple of posts on the forum, can I ask you to read through my replies there and reply in this thread with your findings, please?

Hi, we installed your plugin (no other plugin installed) but it doesn’t track e-commerce transactions. It is missing more than 30% of the total purchases on our website. Can you please help?

Can you confirm everything is set up according to the documentation? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/

Also, using the Google Tag Assistant browser extension I can see a few problems such as duplicate tags so another plugin must be inserting the tag along with ours. Are you sure you are using no other plugin related to Google Analytics?

We have another plug in but it is deactivate so it shouldn’t bother, right?

If you’re not using that other plugin, I’d recommend deleting it. After that clear any caching to ensure any extra code is removed.
