E-commerce error.? where to put the wpsc-languages

Something is wrong, I have tried all….i think..!Where to put the wpsc-languages files, I can se the file-name is change to wp-e-commerce-??_??.mo and wp-e-commerce-??_??.po, but something is wronge, if I make a translate, it will not work..????
