E-Commerce Plugin For A Wholesale Electronics Website?

  • Hey everyone,

    I am about to rebuild an electronics wholesaler website in WordPress. The site has a lot of products (around 1000) spread across quite large number of different categories and sub-categories. The layout of each product is simple- just a title, a description, an image and a price.

    What e-commenrce plugins would you recommend for a website of this nature?

    Obviously indexing/navigation will be very important due to the size of the website.

  • The WooCommerce is one of the most populars.
    I personally haven’t used it, but i’ve seen a lot of people using it, and there are a lot of plugins to extend it.

    I’ve developed a theme using the WooSlider plugin before and I was quite impressed by the plugin’s quality. I’ve been looking closely at WooCommerce too. Right now it seems like my #1 option, unless someone else can suggest something better?
