E-commerce plugin for business Services and Quotes?

I am new to using any kind of e-commerce plug in. I would like to integrate a plugin (if possible) into my current theme.

-I want it to have a customer sign up/ log-in feature, where it can store their account information.

-I also would like the plugin that’s best suited for “Service” based items (i.e. Web Design, Maintenance, Etc). Maybe one that has ability to “tick” boxes for optional “add-ons” for particular service items?

-Another important feature would be different payment methods.

-Also, let’s say a customer “requests a quote”. If they accept that quote, is there a way I can send them a “link”(or something) for that customized service? For example, when they login to their account, I would like for them to see the “quote” I offered, then have the option to “click” it and pay for it. Is that a possible option with a plugin?

I know these are a lot of questions, but I am kind of new at this CMS and would like some advice. I really appreciate some thoughtful input.
