E-Commerce Plugin with recurring payments and add ons?

I have a client that has a business where he makes pre-packaged meals for athletes. He delivers them to a CrossFit gym once a week but also ships some. He has different options such as adding snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. It needs to have the option for recurring payments so people don’t have to keep paying each week. Is there an easy plugin or way to add a payment option that will fit all the needs on his website? Maybe something that collects the data and send it to pay-pal for payment?
