E-commerce tags not fired

i install everything (GA4, GTM, Plugin) as the guide https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version but i don’t see any Tags fired. I used Preview within GTM and i see only the GA4 tag fired, but no e-commerce events (GA4 – Event – Ecommerce events) . I also see on Google Analytics that i have a bunch of form_start, form_submit insted of add to cart, checkout etc events.

Any help how to analyze/debug it ?
