e-mail comment no longer inclues comment text

My e-mail notification used to include Name and Comment text, but August 2015 had the last notification with comment text. I know for sure since Dec 2015 I haven’t seen the Comment text in my notifications.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Could this have something to do with FQL being phased out?
