Do other WordPress emails work on your site? Like if you try and reset your password?

Also, is it a recent thing since version 3.0?

I had that happen after updating to 3.0.0
Neither the customer nor I received a confirmation email and the customer therefore did not receive their downloadable files. I am sure I lost quite a few customers that might otherwise have come back as repeat customers.
I reverted back to 2.6.14 now.

    I use version 3.0.1.
How can I reverted back to 2.6.14 or can solve this Problem in Version 3.0.1.
    kindly regards

Same problem as haiflosse2, but on two different sites using different hosting and different themes (both hosting companies are reputable.)

Updating to 3.0 broke only the order notifications for me. Customer notifications still worked.

Updating to 3.0.1 this morning has broken all email notifications (customer, admin) on both sites. The system shows the orders but no emails are being received. I’m using different customer emails for the tests, just to be sure it’s not an email problem. And the WC shops on two different sites.

Non-WC email functionality (i.e. reviews, comment spam!) worked normally both post 3.0 and now with 3.0.1.

Hope this helps someone because the WC helpdesk have gone very quiet…

My english is not the best.
As I understand – it doesn’t work – So I think we must wait for an update – correct?

    kindly regards.

Sprichst du Deutsch? Haiflosse?

I use onshop only over the web. I have not installed it on a webserver or other webhost.
    I use oneshop.de

I cannot find the file functions.php

    Danke

Then add a mail logging plugin to your site and see if they try to send. if they do, it’s not a plugin issue but your server and can probably be fixed with WP Mail SMTP plugin.
