    Hi,

    if i send a email via the TEST button, it is OK. If i send it from the backend (order) – it is OK too. But if i make a test order, then the design is different. The Layout is bigger and the IMPRESSUM at the end shows:

    We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested our plugin with the Elementor plugin. We understand that you are experiencing a difference in the design layout when sending emails using our plugin.

    To further investigate the issue, could you please provide me with more information about the settings? Are you using any specific settings to add the mentioned “IMPRESSUM” to the email templates? It would also be helpful if you could provide me with screenshots of the different design layouts you are experiencing. You can share the details via this link for convenience.

    PS: Please share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) too along with the above-mentioned information to have a better understanding of your system environment.
