    When I edit an e-mail template and then save it, the e-mail loses its HTML code and is only displayed as text. When I look at an e-mail template (without changes) and then save it, the e-mail loses its HTML code and is only displayed as text.
    What am I doing wrong?

  • I am experiencing the same issue. When I save all the code is lost and only the text remains. Can the team take a look on this asap ?
