• If people order something on my site and they receive a conformation or the invoice mail, my site logo isn’t displayed, also you see extra tekst in the email. Like after the total amount you see this < span class=”woocommerce-Price-amount amount”>€39.90
Also the links and pictogram for the social media on the bottom of the email aren’t displayed. People just get a email with different mistakes in them.
But if people cancel their order, the cancel mail that I receive is displayed just fine.
Is their a solution for this problem?

  • I don’t have this happening for me, Which version of Woocommerce are you using?

Have you tried deactivating other plugins?

    I’m using version 4.0.1.
What kind of plugins can give the problem that your plugin doesn’t work correct anymore?

    Thanks.

    Tom

Well it’s possible you have a plugin overriding emails, which could effect our plugin. I’m not aware of one but it’s possible and there are a lot of plugins out there.

While editing emails do you see this issue in the customizer? Or is it only when sending certain ones?

Are you using a custom STMP server?

What version of PHP are you using?

Have you tried deactivating our plugin and sending an email to see if you get the same issue?

No when I;m editing the mails they look good and when I click on the example to see the template in the settings in woo commerce it looks good as wel.
So it only appears when i sent certain mails.

No I’m not using any custom stop server.

    I’m using php 7.2.26.

and yes, I have deactivated and activated the plugin to see what it did. But the issue remains.

    Tom

Ok, so what you just wrote is that with our plugin deactivated the issue remains.

That would mean it’s not an issue caused by our plugin.

    Can you confirm?

Oh no sorry. I meant that the issues in de mails from your plugin remained when I activated and deactivated the plugin.

ok, so please can you deactivate our plugin and try sending an order email with our plugin deactivate.

    Thanks!

    Ben

Also please make sure you are not overriding any email templates through your theme.

    Ben

Got the exact same problem. Have you found the solution @thedapperdutch?
