E-Mail Line Breaks Missing

    Dear Support, we do not use the E-Mail Template option as we want consistent simple plain text E-Mails. However, if we do so we recently loose all line breaks in the generated emails. The email contents clearly contain line breaks both in visual and text mode. Please advice, thank you!

    Have you tried putting in the link breaks via html? Eg: <br /> ?

    If I enter HTML line breaks they get parsed away on change visual/text or save, same with <p>. Lists and refs however remain. Also html tags are visible when I open the e-mail tab after page load and disappear when I change visual/text.
