E-mail link don't work

    Hi lisaloisfan,
    When you leave the email blank, the system simply sends the URL. Once you begin entering an email, you will have to include placeholders for the email. The place holders include things like: : [requesting_name], [file_url] and [file_name]. Once those placeholders are there, you should be able to send emails with a body ,which includes the links.
    You can read more about this in the Email Before Download settings section

    My inline link is even not working
    and even on mail its not working
