E-mail not showing field entry

    I have been using GUI forms with no issues, however now one forms seems to not link to the field input. As you can see it is pulling the name into the e-mail but not the E-Mail, Query or File Upload fields.

    Name test2
    E-Mail {field_6333}
    Query? {field_8083}
    File Upload {field_1627}

    If you log into the admin end, it is saving everything in the database and you can see this information in the manage entries area of GUI Forms. It is just not e-mailing it out.

    Have you got any suggestions, this has just been brought to my attention by one of the people who manage the General Enquiries e-mail address.

    I have the same problem, but I’ve discovered that if you put the fields in the ‘Subject’ field on ‘Email Settings’, it works. All the fields I’ve put in ‘Subject’ are sent without any problem, but it’s not much comfortable to have a ‘Subject’ with the entirely message of an user, for example.
