  • Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do from my end. It’s really your web host who needs to look at the logs and find out why it’s either not sending the email or why the email is not being received.

    If your host refuses to do this I recommend switching hosts. There are plenty of low-cost shared web hosts who provide adequate support for their customers.

    There are a large number of potential problems, but on a shared host your email server is likely to have restrictions on the email it sends. I’d recommend you look at the settings for other plugins (mail headers such as From and Reply-To addresses) to see if you can find any discrepancies.

    Alternatively, it may be that the emails are being sent but are being blocked by the recipient server as spam. Again this can be due to missing SPF records for From/Reply-To addresses or spammy-looking content in the email.
