E-Mail notification header

I hope you’re well today!

You can modify this in “Advanced” section of each notification configuration. You’d need to edit such notification on your form and in “Advanced” tab you’ll find options to set e.g. From Name, From E-mail, Reply to E-mail and so on. Next to each filed there is a “+” icon which you’d use to select form field(s) that you wish to use there.
