    Hi @raunhar

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

The settings look fine but before we go any further let me ask:

    – I understand that you have already confirmed that these notifications are really not delivered rather than ending up in “spam” folder, right?

    – what about any other notifications from the site (e.g. lost password or registration) – if you register new user account on site (not as admin but on front-end) using e-mail address that’s in the different domain than site’s domain – are you receiving e-mail from site or is it also missing?

    – are you using any SMTP plugin on site already? If not, could you give it a try?

SMTP plugin changes the way WordPress sends e-mails (the method) and usually can help with such issues. There are free plugins available for this such as e.g. WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP or our own Branda.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Registration mails are coming without any problem. I have installed AcyMailing. Test mail is coming.
The issue is that the sender is not getting the Thank You mail and the receiver is not getting the submitted form in the mail.

    Hi @raunhar

    Thank you for response!

In this case, please first try a small change in notifications’ configuration. In these settings for all notifications (it’s individual for each notification)

do remove all the settings so all the fields would be empty. Then save the form and clear all caches.

If that doesn’t help, do try one of the SMTP plugins that I suggested earlier. The AcyMailing plugin does use SMTP indeed but it’s a newsletter plugin. As far as I’m aware it’s using SMTP internally only (for its own purposes) and doesn’t change the way WordPress sends other e-mails.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello @raunhar ,

We haven’t heard from you for a month now, so it looks like you don’t need our assistance anymore.
Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.
    Kind regards
