E-mail notifications are buggy

    Hi. On my website i have wpforms + wpforms smtp plugins. Last few days I’m not recieving notifications that someone used a form. It happens sometimes. Like for example yesterday I did get a notification but today I didn’t. I’ve tried to test it with e-mail test and it’s working.

    Any ideas?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

    If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

    To resolve email delivery issues like this, can you please double-check the SMTP settings and the Mailers you’re using? In case you’re using the default PHP mailer, you may consider changing to some other recommended mailers so that the emails are delivered reliably.
