E-mail notifications are not being sent…

    HEllo,

    We are successfully using the plugin but for some reason, we are no longer receiving email updates. I have checked through all of the settings but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any suggestions would be great appreciated.

    What do you mean not receiving email updates? Do you mean the reminders suddenly stopped being sent? Were they working before? What did you change recently before they stopped working? Are you getting emails notifications if you sign yourself up for something? Is it all the emails that suddenly stopped, or just specific ones?

    Otherwise, there’s not much more I can do to help from here without knowing a lot more info. Most likely it’s a server configuration issue, or maybe some other plugin you installed to send email that broke something when it got updated?
