    Hello,
I want to set up e-mail notifications for my first calendar. I tried with PHPMailer but I didn’t work. I tried with WordPress Mail not working and I also tried setting up SMTP with the data from my host. I tried all the methods but none of them works.

This is the data I have from my host. Usually I check my E-Mails with Thunderbird Mail Client and there everything works fine.

    Angaben zu SMTP:

    Ports:
TLS über Port 25 – SSL über Port 465
    SMTP-Alternativport:
    über Port 587

    Angaben zu POP3:

    Ports:
TLS über Port 110 – SSL über Port 995
    Posteingangsserver:
    alfa3021.alfahosting-server.de
    Postausgangsserver:
    alfa3021.alfahosting-server.de

    Angaben zu IMAP:

    Ports:
TLS über Port 143 – SSL über Port 993
    Posteingangsserver:
    alfa3021.alfahosting-server.de
    Postausgangsserver:
    alfa3021.alfahosting-server.de

I know my SMTP username and password and wondering how to set up SMTP correctly. I had a look in the documentation, but it is not very helpful as there are no examples.

Please, help me to get the notifications going.
    Thank you in advance.

    Michael

    Hello,

Did you tried to send some test notifications from notification settings?
If you are using Pinpoint extended with WooCommerce you have to use WooCommerce notifications and you have to look on their settings.

If you are using Pinpoint without WooCommerce and you still don’t receive notifications and test notifications please send an email to [email protected] and our support team will assist you.

    Thank you!
