    Hi! I just got a complaint from a customer that they got the E-Mail with the Gift card 7 or 8 times in a row. This is the first time we received a complaint like this. Did this maybe happen because of the latest update the other day or how can I find out the reason for this? Thanks!

    Hello, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin.

    This may be caused by the transactional email system. Uncheck the box here: Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Settings -> “Use the WooCommerce Transactional Email System”

    I’ll wait a few days to hear back, if you don’t have any further issues then I will resolve this support request.
