    Also, upon activating the plug-in, I know get odd text added to my navigation (“Newsletter Signup Confirmation” and “Newsletter Unsubscription”) I cleary do not want this text to be here… How can I fix this?

    Please confirm you have entered the correct port number?

    Those pages can be removed by going to your ‘Menus’ under ‘Appearances’ and remove the two pages from your navigation.
