    How can I re-activate the sending of e-mails after a customer has decided to unsubscribe?

    Hello @tomenr,

    Greetings for the day!

    We cannot add the user again to the abandon list for the same order if the user chooses to unsubscribe. However, if the user again abandons another order, it will be automatically added to the abandoned order list.
