E-mail subscription with customisable e-mail templates

Hi from Italy :-). I would like to add a simple e-mail subscription box to my website (https://www.lynkos.net/) enabling my mostly Italian readers to receive new posts by e-mail. As many of my readers understand little or no English, I need to send bilingual (Italian/English) subscription confirmation/new post e-mails, plus of course Italian/English wording on the widget. So far though I’ve not found a (free) plugin which provides easy customisation. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks in advance for your advice. Sarah.
