E-Mail Support Add-On suggestions

Hi,

Just some suggestions for your “email support add-on”.

Have in the backend on the setup page, where you enter the email details, a “test connection” button to confirm the new values will work and/or a “check now” button to grab the latest without waiting for the next cycle?

Also, an optional manual cronjob setup feature available for it’s running.

I believe this would be extremely helpful.
