E-Mail Template Tags not working

Hi Rahul,
the Tags for E-Mails are not working as intended.
I did not check all E-Mail Templates, but for the “New Question” and “New Answer” it does not work.
For “Edit Answer” it works.
It is just showing the Tag (for example {site url}).

Edit:
For “Edit Question” the tags are working too!
