E-mail User Registration Link is Blank

To be clear the link that was in the e-mail didn’t take me back to register. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I know that the user should be directed to register.

Any advice would help.

Also, please disregard Q.1, I realize that it doesn’t automatically redirect them back to the site, they have to click the option in PayPay to return to the site.

What exactly is the problem you’re having? Is registration not working for paid members or something of the sort?
