    Hello, I have an error in my emails due to the programmed sending of automated newsletters “Exclusive offer for new subscribers”. The error displays: E-mails paused
    There was a problem sending the following email(s), please resolve the issues described for each email and try again. Please see: https://carriedheart.com/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping

    I also see this error in the logs: [2023-07-29T14:05:22.609689+00:00] mss.ERROR: key-validation.failed {“http_code”:403, “home_url”: “https://carriedheart.com”, “key_type”: “premium”} {“fre…, but my liscence key is good via my [email protected] account.

    Could you solve this before Sunday August 6?

    The sending of emails was paused because the last email addresses had not been cleaned and were therefore undeliverable. Now the list has been revised and how can it now be possible to send it again? i can′t find answers.

    Thank you for sending all the extra information about the problem.

    The sending of emails was paused because the last email addresses had not been cleaned and were therefore undeliverable. Now the list has been revised and how can it now be possible to send it again?

    Just to make sure I understand this right: sending was paused because the email addresses in your list were wrong. Is that correct? Have you edited the email addresses from the subscribers and corrected them in the plugin?

    This could be a caching issue on your site, or browser. Make sure to clear your browser’s cache, and the cache on your site and server, and then try again.

    Please note the error you’ve mentioned from the logs refer to checking your key for the Premium features. Since you’re using a free Starter plan, it’s expected that this key check will fail, so it’s not an issue.

    thank you for your answer.

    I still can’t send with MailPoet. I completely deleted all email addresses and uploaded the cleaned email addresses. At the same time I cleared the cache and browser data. How can shipping continue?

    Hi @ganzheitlich,

    Since you’ve cleaned your email addresses from the plugin, I believe this means you have deleted the subscribers from the list your email was assigned to. Is that correct?

    Can you please duplicate the faulty newsletter, delete the old one and try to send the duplicate now?

    Thank you for your ideas. I also deleted the email that sent the uncleaned addresses, but sending is still paused. Don’t understand why it still isn’t shipping.

    Hi @ganzheitlich,

    I’m checking the logs from your account and I see emails (e.g. confirmation, automation and re-engagement emails) are being sent from your website, which means the sending service is working as expected.

    Can you please let me know what type of email is the one paused? And can you confirm you have permanently deleted the old one?
