    Hi there,

Since updating to Ninja forms 3.0.5, the confirmation emails that are normally sent to a client and admin when they submit my form have stopped working. I want to install an earlier version of Ninja Forms as I know this works. If I uninstall the current version or deactivate it, and then instal the earlier version, will I lose all my form data? Or is there a better solution.

    Thanks in advance

    Curtis

  • What you might want to try is to replace your client email adres with another one, save it, and place the old adress back. This fixed this problem for me.

Thanks @levdbas, all sorted now. Found out it was an error with my webhosting company, they had a problem there end which ended up with emails held in a queue. All 40 of my test emails came through together this evening!

I’m having the same problem. blueskink, would your web hosting company happen to be GoDaddy?
