“e80c” appearing next to every headline

  • A few updates ago, my WPtouch mobile site started having a glitch where “e80c” would appear next to all of my headlines instead of the arrow graphic that is supposed to be there. I keep hoping it’ll be fixed with the most recent update, but so far no dice. Does anyone have any ideas about how to manually fix this?

    Hi @robertbtaylor,

    First, please make sure that the issue is not caused by another one of the active plugins. Check by deactivating each one at a time, and see if you find a culprit. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue, like font and/or icon related plugins.

    If that fails to work, activate a default theme like the Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen theme to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue. If that fails to work, please share the URL of the website in question and we’ll gladly take a look.
